Every piece is made for you
At Hundessa Hundemode, every piece is lovingly made to order – not mass-produced goods, but individual quality, made specially for your dog.
Delivery areas
We deliver to Germany, the Netherlands, Czechia and Switzerland. We do not currently ship to other countries.
The shipping options available for your delivery address and the applicable shipping costs are shown to you during the order process before you complete your order.

All prices are final prices. As a small business within the meaning of section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), our turnover is exempt from value added tax; we therefore do not show it separately.
Production time
As all products are only made after you place your order, the production time is 5 to 10 working days from conclusion of the contract.
In the months of October to February, production time is up to 20 working days from conclusion of the contract due to higher demand. If your order is delayed beyond that in an individual case, we will inform you by email.

The shipping duration applies from the day of dispatch, not from the order date.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our place of business.
Total delivery time
The total delivery time is the production time plus the shipping duration. For a delivery to Germany outside the months of October to February, that is 7 to 14 working days from conclusion of the contract. In the months of October to February and for deliveries to Switzerland it is at most 28 working days from conclusion of the contract. For special occasions (e.g. Christmas, birthdays) we recommend ordering in good time.
Shipping provider & tracking
Shipping is handled by DHL. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number that lets you follow your delivery.
Import duties on deliveries to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, import charges of the country of destination apply in addition – namely import turnover tax or import VAT, customs duties where applicable, and the customs clearance and handling fees of the transport provider.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and not included in the shipping costs. They are not levied by us; as the recipient you pay them directly to the competent authorities or to the transport provider, usually on delivery of the shipment.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us with your order number – we will resolve the case together with DHL. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
