Our production time is usually 5–10 working days from receipt of payment. In the winter months (October to February) and before public holidays it can extend to up to 4 weeks because of higher demand.

Allow 2–3 weeks in total until delivery, up to 6 weeks in peak season. The details are in our shipping information.

Just get in touch: send us a few photos and briefly describe what does not fit. We look at every case personally.

An alteration is often possible – we will tell you openly what can be done. This is a goodwill gesture and voluntary; in that case you bear the cost of returning the item. If the item is defective, your statutory warranty rights of course apply and the return is free of charge for you.

We make apparel, harnesses and collars to your dog's measurements. Such made-to-measure items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

For leashes and gift cards, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. You will find the full withdrawal policy and the model withdrawal form in our withdrawal policy.

And if something does not fit on a made-to-measure item: get in touch and we will take a look.

All our products can be machine washed at 30 °C, ideally in a laundry bag.

Please do not use fabric softener, as water-repellent materials such as softshell can lose their function.

We also recommend drying fasteners and metal parts thoroughly after washing to keep them durable.
